DetailsThis Shetland Pouch is a sturdy zipper bag. The main exterior fabric is a cotton canvas with a navy quatrefoil on cream background. The exterior bottom is made from navy duck. The interior is made from 100% cotton, quality quilting fabric with a dark red tulip design. An iron on, padded interfacing provides extra stability. The bag features a brass zipper closer with a leather pull, fabric zipper tabs, and an interior slip pocket.
This is a beautiful zip bag, but I can't get more of this fabric to make more, so get it while you can!
The bag is the large size Shetland Pouch and measures 6-1/2" wide on the bottom, 8-1/4" tall, and 2-1/2" deep.
This bag can be used to hold toiletries, electronic cords, small craft projects, sandwich and snacks, small journal, wallet, keys, pen and pencils...you get the idea! It fits nicely into a tote bag or you can carry it by hand. I use mine both ways, carrying it in my tote and grabbing it for a quick run into the store. I fill it with those smaller necessities: keys, wallet, phone, pen, pencil, small notebook, and meds. A friend of mine uses it to hold her insulin supplies. Another uses it for her removable braces and the supplies that go with it.
The zipper bag can be machine washed and dried. It can also be easily washed by hand and air dried. May be ironed if needed -
